Refund policy
We do not accept returns on any items including but not limited to jewelry, accessories, or gift cards.
We do not accept exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@nujual.com with details and photos of the product and the defect.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to notify us and request an exchange.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of nujual.com) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.
